Vanson "Model B" Jacket

Information: Alan Slavin from Vanson Leathers contacted FILMJACKETS.COM and explained that Vanson made the House, M.D. base jacket - and the studio added the patches.

This is Vanson's Model B jacket (with optional "Star Jacket" arm stripes added).

Trivia:
This jacket makes its first appearance at 3:14 minutes into the second season, fifth episode, entitled 'Daddy's Boy.'

At the 3:20 mark, Cameron (Jennifer Morrison) asks House, "What's with the jacket?" House replies, "It keeps me warm ...and cool."

The original patch on the right side of the chest read "KTAI Sports" in 'Daddy's Boy' but was changed to "RTAI Sports" by the 42:18 minute mark of the same episode for reasons currently unknown... presumably there were issues with the Kite Trade Association International who is already using the KTAI designation...

The jacket intially had two patches. The KTAI/RTAI patch on the right chest and a small triangular patch over the arm stripe on the left sleeve that reads "Velodyne." Later, more patches were added. Beneath the left arm stripes is a patch that reads "Energy*Station CUSTOM Deuches*Pick-Up"

The right sleeve has two small patches. The first is a small square patch featuring the number 92 in white, on a black background with a white outline. The second is a circular patch featuring a gold star on a white background with a black outline.
